Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
    (Arrivals after 10:00 PM must be arranged in advance – in-room check-in available)
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out: Until 1:00 PM (£25 charge, on request)
Age Restriction

Minimum age for check-in: 18 years.

Payment & Credit Cards
  • Accepted cards: Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards
  • Full payment required at reservation
  • We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card for stay + incidentals. Top-ups may occur during your stay if required.
Cancellation & No Show
  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival (by 3:00 PM local time).
  • After this, the full stay amount is chargeable.
  • Special occasion bookings may have different terms – please check when booking.
  • No-show: 100% of stay charged (non-refundable).
Breakfast

Continental breakfast served in the restaurant:

  • Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Sat–Sun: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Accessibility

Due to the age and layout of the building, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

Pets

Pets are not allowed (except guide/service dogs).

Smoking Policy
  • All rooms & public areas are non-smoking.
  • Smoking outside designated areas → £250 fine for deep cleaning.
Damage & Missing Items
  • We may charge your card for any damage, specialist cleaning, or missing items.
  • Missing items charged at full replacement value, including carriage.
Housekeeping

Rooms serviced between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

Fire Safety

In case of fire alarm, follow the evacuation plan instructions.

Bad Weather

If severe weather prevents travel to the Isle of Man within the 72-hour cancellation window, one date change is allowed (subject to availability).

Additional Guests
  • £50 per extra guest per night (includes breakfast).
  • £30 per child under 11 (includes breakfast).
  • Room 5 & Room 8 include an extra single bed.

Please book restaurant seats separately (not automatic with hotel booking).

  • Wed–Thu: 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Fri–Sat: 12:00 – 2:30 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Sun: 12:00 – 4:30 PM

Restaurant, hotel, and pub food closed during these dates.

Hotel Etiquette

Be reasonable and respectful at all times. Don’t:

  • Bring pets (except assistance dogs; pet-friendly rooms only if agreed in advance).
  • Bring hazardous materials or cooking appliances (toasters, grills, mini-cookers).
  • Tamper with fire alarms/emergency equipment.
  • Block staff access when required (housekeeping permitted at least every two days).
  • Remove, damage or destroy hotel property.
  • Use hotel tech/Wi-Fi to access unlawful/obscene material.
  • Cause disturbance to guests or staff.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

If rules are broken or damage occurs, we may cancel your reservation, refuse access, remove items (disposed after 7 days if uncollected), retain payments/charge full stay, and refuse future bookings. No refunds/compensation in such cases.
